About

The Annex at Magnolia Court is a mixed use building comprised of 10 residential units and 8 commercial units. Located at 1930-1970 South Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach.

The buildings were built between 2002 and 2004 by Ironwood Properties a developer from Delray Beach. The buildings are located in the “El CID” area of West Palm Beach, walking distance to the intracoastal waterway, downtown West Pam Beach, the Convention center, Kravis Center and City Place. Less than 5 minutes from Palm Beach and Worth Avenue.

The building has 3 floors, most units are 2 bedroom 2 plus bathroom with between 1400 and 1800 square feet. The Annex was designed to match the Magnolia Court Condominium buildings with tin roofs, balconies, awning and Key West style stucco.

The building has parking in the back and owners have an agreement to use the Magnolia Court Condominiums patio and swimming pool. The interior and exterior finishes are similar to those found in high end homes with 10 foot ceilings, eight foot solid doors, wide molding, French doors, granite countertops, tile, carpet, and hardwood flooring, stainless appliances and hardwood cabinet kitchens. The windows are hurricane approved as is the tin roof.

The grounds are lush with tropical plants and trees. The commercial spaces are designated to be light use retail or office. The street fronts are full glass and encourage window shopping. The building is professionally managed and fees are very reasonable. The ownership is mixed with some seasonal, some year round, and some rental.
